Outdoor Art Gallery in Carlisle

Cumberland Council has created this brilliant outdoor ‘Uptown Art Gallery’ around the fences of the ongoing building work in Carlisle City Centre. In collaboration with @cumbriauni and @tulliecarlisle they have organised this great way to showcase local artists’ work and brighten up the heart of Carlisle’s city centre.
